Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, tag, and stock inventory while maintaining strict organization of the warehouse floor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Material Handling: Safely stack and unstack pallets and heavy goods, ensuring they are balanced and secure.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for qualified candidates.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy in inventory counts.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
