Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials to and from the dock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging systems.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.
- Inspect equipment for maintenance needs and report any issues immediately.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required for hire).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
