Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts against picking tickets and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and attend mandatory safety training sessions.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand shipping labels and logs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
