Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Inspect items for quality control and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Replenish stock shelves and organize inventory to ensure efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
