What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all forklifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized stock areas.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore facility.
