Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily efficiency targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Package and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery
- Participate in regular warehouse audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Washington DC facility
