Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
