Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products from delivery trucks and storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks as directed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.
- Accurately count and record inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of goods for shipment.
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our paid training program.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and weighing loads.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
