As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, ensuring our inventory is processed accurately and shipped on time. We value safety above all else and provide extensive training.

Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners and WMS software.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Move pallets and heavy materials to designated storage areas safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (CFA/CFP) required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred).
