Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Stock shelves and storage areas, ensuring proper organization and rotation of stock.
- Prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring proper wrapping and labeling for transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
