Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and documenting movements.
- Ensure all warehouse areas are organized, clean, and free of hazards to comply with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred) or valid driver's license.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
