Responsibilities
- Process Orders Accurately: Select, pack, and label products according to customer orders and company standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects or damage prior to packaging to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Inventory Control: Update inventory systems and maintain accurate stock levels in the packing station.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, packing machines, and pallet jacks.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or retail stocking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory management software quickly.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable transportation method and be punctual for all shifts.
