Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load, unload, and stage products accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment and maintain a clean work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and update stock records with high precision.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to resolve discrepancies and optimize storage layouts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Industrial Lift or CDL Class B) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or tablets.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts when required.
