Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/distribution settings
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports and safety checklists
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- 1+ years of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse/logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to various industrial sites in Colorado Springs
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
