Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and cross-referencing pick lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFL or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
