Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect forklift equipment for maintenance needs before and after shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents.
- Accurately stock and retrieve inventory using RF scanners.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift (Counterbalance preferred but not required).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
