Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to optimize warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
