Responsibilities
- Receiving & Stocking: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and accurately stock merchandise onto shelves.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders to ensure accuracy and meet shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare pallets for shipping and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not strictly required for entry-level).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays (full-time availability preferred).
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read barcodes and labels.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
