Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock rotation to manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Experience with warehouse management systems or scanners is a plus but not required.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
