Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues before each shift and report any malfunctions to management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock locations using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organizing workspaces.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is required; training provided for qualified candidates.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
