Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, checking, and stocking of incoming merchandise with 100% accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock integrity.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
