Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment to ensure all machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and reconciling stock counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient workflow.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including packaging and labeling shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift certification training (No experience required).
