Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues before each shift and report any problems immediately.
- Organize inventory and ensure pallets are stacked securely to prevent accidents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily workflows.
- Accurately document load details and inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class A, B, or C) is highly preferred; however, we will consider candidates willing to complete certification training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (not always required, but preferred for warehouse roles).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
