Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all machinery to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and properly labeled.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
