Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport packages and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and scan items to maintain inventory accuracy and order fulfillment standards.
- Warehouse Operations: Organize stock, maintain warehouse aisles, and ensure a clutter-free workspace for safety compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
