Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, strictly adhering to company safety and quality standards.
- Verify product accuracy against packing slips to minimize errors and reduce return rates.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput targets.
- Assist in organizing storage areas and loading outbound trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn barcode scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
