Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Class A or B) to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory with precision to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator License (Class A or B).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
