Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Order Picker, etc.) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in safe operating condition and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by properly tagging and sorting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class B or internal certification) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
