Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick-to-light technology.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent loss during transit.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
