Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory counts and assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions or workplace hazards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and palletizing products for shipment
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our paid training program)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for daily shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
