Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery (training provided upon hire).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training available).
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read labels/barcodes.
- Attitude: Must be a reliable team player willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Background: No criminal record or history of safety violations.
