As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains efficient and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in the processing of returns and damaged goods as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning barcodes and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Willingness to work in various warehouse conditions, including temperature-controlled zones.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
