Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring cargo security and timely processing.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow inventory management procedures to ensure stock accuracy and proper labeling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if required.
- No prior forklift experience required (On-site training provided).
- Basic computer literacy for logging work and inventory.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
