Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all forklift equipment to ensure compliance.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies while maintaining a clean work area.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning, counting, and organizing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipping deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be reliable with a proven track record of attendance.
