Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, forklifts) to move pallets and heavy loads.
- Load and unload trailers and containers according to strict safety protocols and shipping schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily inventory counts and ensure accurate stock rotation.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and inventory.
