Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring cargo is secured and protected.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and shipping orders as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class B is a plus but not always required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
