Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring cargo is secured and undamaged.
- Manage inventory by scanning, labeling, and organizing stock in designated areas.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Assist in warehouse reorganization and layout improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFL, RFID, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking systems.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
