Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move pallets and inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
