Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring all cargo is secured and documentation is accurate.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (Class A or B) is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
