Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and logging stock as it enters and leaves the dock.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Handle heavy lifting and stacking of pallets with proper technique to prevent injury.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate on Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) safety standards.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and reading shipping labels.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
