Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all products are stored in the correct location and inventory is accurately tracked.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any mechanical problems to management immediately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
