As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our operation, ensuring that every order is picked accurately and packed efficiently. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves according to customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify product quantities, prices, and specifications against packing slips and work orders.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
