Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and retrieve merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks according to shipping schedules and safety protocols.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Inspect machinery for safety issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CFP) or willingness to obtain certification during training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
