Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stock levels and recording data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform routine pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and meet daily productivity goals.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CPL) with valid license.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
