Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities, quality, and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
