Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, stock, and retrieve merchandise to ensure accurate inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Load & Unload:** Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secure and free from damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10 preferred) required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a commitment to safety standards.
