Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a fast-paced environment.
- Load and unload shipments accurately, adhering to weight and safety regulations.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including safety zones and aisles.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
