Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts by performing daily cycle counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect forklift equipment before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required: We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for reading labels and operating computer terminals.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
