Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and labeled correctly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily shipping targets.
- Assist in the packaging and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid, current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
