Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products and inventory.
- Load and unload shipments accurately, ensuring proper documentation and handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S warehouse standards.
- Inspect equipment daily for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Assist with inventory management by counting stock and verifying shipments.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn: No prior forklift experience required; we will train you.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail: Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not strictly required.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required.
